  • Full Compensation: If rescheduling isn't feasible, a 100% refund will be offered
  • Rescheduling: Change your charter to an alternative available date without any extra charges
  • Charter Credit: Provision of voucher valid for one year from the initial charter date

Methodology for Weather Reviews

We evaluate the weather through the following measures:

  • Evaluation of wind force and compass direction
  • Assessment of sea conditions and wave magnitude
  • Forecast of visibility and precipitation levels
  • Notifications and alerts from the Coast Guard
  • Professional judgment of the captain relating to safety

Time of Decision: Our official stance on cancellations due to weather will be announced no later than 4 hours before the planned departure time.
