What's provided in the base yacht rental package?
Every rental comes with an experienced crew, essential safety equipment, fuel, and standard refreshments. Among different packages —views cruises offer top-tier beverages and starters, while business charters offer meeting facilities and specialized catering services.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure your preferred date, we advise booking 2–3 weeks ahead, or even earlier from May to September. Plan corporate and special events 4–6 weeks early to ensure availability and personalization time.
What course of action is taken if the weather turns bad?
Your safety is our chief concern. Adverse weather as determined by our captain will lead to either a rescheduling to an available date or a complete refund. Weather forecasts are under continual review, and we will inform you 24 hours before departure if the weather is expected to be problematic.
May I bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, personal food and drinks are permissible. We also provide optional gourmet catering options, tailored to your taste preferences. For safety, glass containers are not allowed onboard.
Is there yacht access for individuals with special mobility requirements?
We aim to be inclusive of all guests. Certain yachts are designed for better accessibility. Discuss your particular needs when reserving, and we’ll suggest an appropriate yacht and make the necessary adjustments.
What are the terms for cancellation?
Cancellations made 72 or more hours prior to departure are fully refundable. Those made between 24 to 72 hours will result in a 50% refund. Any cancellations done within 24 hours of departure will not be refunded unless due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical failures on our end.
